Pivot Tables and DDE

We will use DDE (Direct Data Export) and Quick Export to pull information out of PS then use Pivot Tables to get the data to show the findings of the fields pulled. An example would be for pulling CTE info and then using that data to quickly total CTE minutes for each student that can then be imported back into PS. Before I found how useful Pivot Tables could be, it would take a least a couple of days to look over the student schedules and calculate the minutes for each CTE class. With Pivot Tables it only takes a few minutes.

Resources, Monthly Benchmarks, importing excel. Best if two folks attend this session from each side of the implementation process - curriculum and technical.
